These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Strata, a mobile application operated by Continuum Arc ("we", "our", "us"). By using Strata, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Strata, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Strata is an immersive 3D social experience that allows users to:

• Capture and share interactive 3D moments
• Explore content by tilting their device
• Interact with other users' content through reactions and comments
• Discover hidden portals and layers within shared moments

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Strata. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use Strata, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.

4.2 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and share on Strata. By sharing content, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute it within the Service.

5.2 Content Standards

You agree that your content will not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Include sexually explicit or violent material
• Promote illegal activities

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools without permission
• Collect user data without consent

7. Intellectual Property

Strata and all related trademarks, logos, and content (excluding your content) are owned by Continuum Arc.

Your use of Strata is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

Strata is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Continuum Arc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
